Delivery & Returns

Returns & Cancellations

We operate a 7 Day Returns Policy. You can return the item for any reason within  7 days as long as you complete the RETURNS FORM and return it along with the goods. Upon us receiving the product back and its subsequent inspection, you will receive a refund.

If the item is faulty we'll refund the cost of returning it to us (see 7.14). 

If the item is not faulty you will be charged a 25% of retail price restocking charge.

Some products are especially made to customer order. These cannot be cancelled as suppliers will not take them back. This will mainly apply to bathroom furniture products such as Duravit, Utopia, Vanity Hall or Ambience Bain.

Check your goods

You must thoroughly check your goods within 48 hours of their arrival. Check the colour, the size and if it's an offset shower door, check it's "handing" (left or right). 

Faulty Goods

You must notify us of any faulty goods within 48 hours and return them to us. We will replace them as quickly as we can and refund the cost of returning the defective item (see 7.14).

Delivery

Delivery to the UK will take between 7 and 14 working days (excluding certain "special order" items.  Delivery costs generally apply. You can find more information in our help & info section. If delivery is going to be later, for whatever reason, we will do our best to contact you as soon as we know about it.
